The product and service development process, from advising customers and constructing our range of products and services, through development and production to delivery and after-sales, includes the acknowledgement of each employee of the need to actively prevent errors. Regular internal audits ensure that the process is adhered to at all times. Suppliers are involved early on in the process and also work to systematically develop their capabilities.
Through permanent and continual improvement processes, initiatives are identified that will increase the quality of our products and services. The implementation of such measures is given top priority.
We provide our employees with ongoing, tailored education and training in order to verify and develop their methodological skills, offering them quality tools with which to perform their day-to-day tasks. In order to identify and adapt to the constantly changing needs of the marketplace, all functional departments within the company define measurable quality goals on an annual basis. These are necessary if we are to fulfil the requirements and specifications demanded of us; they are fully in line with our policy on quality.
